As we enter the initial phases of adulthood (between 20-40), our bodies have reached their full maturity although our weight and height might increase a bit. As we enter the first years of our lives, we're physically at our peak. The strength of our muscles, the response timing, the ability to sense and cardiac function are all at their highest levels.
