In 2011 Ordway's life changed following her casting in the film Escapee a role that led into her meeting with her now partner Justin Gaston. The couple was married one year later. Melissa's fame grew following her win of the role in Chloe Carter for Hollywood Heights. Melissa's career sped along with the additions of Ted The League The Incredible Burt Wonderstone Channeling as well as Odd Thomas. The year 2013 saw Ordway land two recurring roles on the highly-acclaimed series Sidney Price 90210 and Abby Newman The Young and the Restless. Ordway along with her husband Justin reside with their family in Los Angeles.
